When the councilwoman attempts to redevelop the downtown area, her efforts disturb a man named Clancy, who has the ability to control insects. As Ben pursuits and stops a robber, he spots a nearby ice cream truck. But as he climbs inside, he gets himself locked in, and catches the cold. To make it worse, the virus also affects the DNA of the Omnitrix, giving his forms unusual side effects. Now, with the cold in the way, he must battle through it in order to stop Clancy from destroying the whole town.
