As Four Arms thwarts an armored car robbery by a tough female named Joey, Vilgax's drones come in to make matters worse. Even more, Grandpa Max is injured in the process. When Four Arms takes him to emergency, Joey fiddles with one of the droids that were brought down by Four Arms. It attaches itself into her, converting her into a cyborg named Rojo. But as Ben fights her as Upgrade later on, Ben gets a disturbing message from an enemy that he's never seen before.
