Joey is a leader of a heavily armed female biker gang. When she attempts to rob an armored truck, Ben comes to thwart her plan as Fourarms. When she finds the remains of Vilgax's defeated drones, she becomes a cybernetically enhanced being, known as Rojo. The merge gave her the ability to fly, enormous strength, and blasters attached to her shoulders. Vilgax is able to communicate through her, and he orders her to obtain the Omnitrix at any cost.
Joey is part of the Negative 10.
